1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Noma Suites Tolo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Noma Suites Tolo website at www.nomasuitestolo.com (the "Site") and apply to all accommodation bookings made with us ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Site or making a booking, you ("the user", "the guest", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Website

The content on our Site is provided for general information purposes only. While we strive to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness or accuracy of the information. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Noma Suites Tolo and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

4. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Site utilizes third-party services and may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us, such as Google Maps and Google Analytics. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

5. Bookings and Payments

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon our receipt of the required deposit payment and our issuance of a booking confirmation email.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking cost is required to secure your reservation.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, cash.

6. Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation by the Guest

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, will require the guest to pay the full amount of the reservation.

We recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

b) Cancellation by Noma Suites Tolo

In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel your booking, we will offer a full refund of all monies paid. Our liability will be limited to the amount of the refund.

7. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out Time: By 11:00 AM
• Late Check-out: May be possible subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

8. House Rules

• Smoking: Noma Suites Tolo is a strictly non-smoking property.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted.
• Noise: Please be respectful of other guests, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Parties: Parties or events are not allowed without prior written consent.

9. Guest Responsibility and Damages

Guests are liable for any damages caused to the apartment or property during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred to repair or replace damaged items.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noma Suites Tolo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. Regarding your stay, we are not liable for the loss or damage of any personal belongings or for any accidents or injuries that occur on the premises.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nafplio, Greece.
